Who We Are

Mxis Partner ApS is a Denmark-registered private limited company (Anpartsselskab) based in Copenhagen. We provide operational compliance support and EU representation services to international companies that need a structured, reliable point of contact in the European Union.

We work with businesses that are entering the EU market, expanding their European footprint, or need to meet specific regulatory documentation requirements without building an in-house compliance team.

What We Believe

EU regulation has become more complex with every passing year. The General Data Protection Regulation, the Digital Services Act, the EU Deforestation Regulation, and the AI Act each introduce new obligations for companies that sell into Europe — and most of those obligations require a local administrative presence, not legal interpretation.

Most international companies do not need a European law firm. They need a reliable partner who can:

• Receive correspondence from authorities
• Prepare and structure compliance documentation
• Forward messages accurately and on time
• Coordinate with the company's existing legal advisors when interpretation is needed

That is the role we fill.

How We Work

We are operational, not advisory. Mxis Partner ApS does not provide legal advice within the meaning of the Danish Administration of Justice Act (Retsplejeloven). When a question requires legal interpretation, we say so and work alongside qualified legal counsel.

We are transparent. Our scope, fees, and limitations are documented in every client agreement. We do not bill for unforeseen activities, and we do not hold ourselves out as a substitute for legal advice.

We are responsive. Communication from authorities and data subjects is forwarded promptly. Documentation is delivered on agreed timelines.
